As for the Kora bracelets this is represents the pieces I first started doing . I draw the inspiration from the Buddist mala praying bands and the Catholic rosaries. I find those so pretty in their function and simplicity. Like so many things that I am drawn to they represent a kind of a marriage between different elements or cultures.
