The raw texture of the gold plated brass chips makes a nice contrast to the round gemstone beads. Adding a fine gold plated snake-chain gives the pieces an elegant and feminine finish.
Hippy is one of my favorite collections made out of antique tassels from Afganistan and Turkey along with selection of minerals, often Pyrite. They come from antique textiles used as ornaments at various occasions like weddings or family celebrations. I source them directly from merchants from the area.
As for the Kora bracelets this represents the pieces I first started doing . I draw the inspiration from the Buddhist mala praying bands and the Catholic rosaries. I find those so pretty in their function and simplicity. Like so many things that I am drawn to they represent a kind of a marriage between different elements or cultures.
I love bright colours in all sense. In the P&H collection I blend strands of gold painted wood beads with gold coated brass, sterling silver and gemstones in bright colors that all stand for good energy such as peace, protection, humbleness, happiness and harmony.
This is what I started making for myself and my friends many years back. I draw the inspiration from the Buddist mala praying bands and the Catholic rosaries. I find those so pretty in their function and simplicity. Like so many things that I am drawn to they represent a kind of a marriage between different elements or cultures. Bit of this Yin/Yang balance that is so nice, elegant and classic.
The colours of these cotton woven straps caught my eye when I was wondering around artisan workshops one beautiful day in Istanbul.
In a very nice shop/workshop sat an elderly gentlemen weaving these colourful straps. I bought a few bracelets and simple straps to use in my own Jewlery. Nice mix of colour and gold.
Delicate is as the name suggests a rather sleek and somewhat fragile collection. Made out of various types of minerals that are strung together on a chain, decorated with various pieces of ornaments.
Special requests from customers are common and often they ask for sets of jewelry. All collection offer the option of creating a set of either a certain type or form. Please contact me for more information.
This is also probably the most the most primal form of jewelry, to hang something of value or interest around your neck. People have been doing that with bones, shells, crystals and metals since the dawn of time. Often a stone or an ornament require a simple frame and a chain is the most straight forward choice.

Beautiful handcrafted sterling silver tassels and dangles are the focus points in this collection. Blended with different types of minerals they make an eye catching piece that stands out. They are made in small family-run workshops in villages in rural Turkey and Indonesia.
I find organic forms really pure and beautiful and when I came across those sterling silver coral ornaments a new collection was born. Combined with one of my favourite gemstones, Pyrite, the result is a very complimentary collection that I call Coraline.

Feathers are a structural work of art. To the Native Americans an eagle feather isn’t just something that falls out of a bird, it symbolizes freedom, trust, honor, strength, wisdom, power and many more things. I really like them for their form, texture and meaning and I use them a lot in my work.

In this section of my website you can see what is the most recent additions in my workshop. This time around there are new editions of the silver and gold-plated silver corals necklaces and bracelets. New versions of the oxidised chains and bracelets that are decorated with various stones. A fresh batch of antique tassel from the far east attached to strings of various minerals. New arrival of feather jewellery and woven chains and many other beautiful and exiting items set out to nourish both body and soul. Enjoy.
