This is what I started making for myself and my friends many years back. I draw the inspiration from the Buddist mala praying bands and the Catholic rosaries. I find those so pretty in their function and simplicity. Like so many things that I am drawn to they represent a kind of a marriage between different elements or cultures. Bit of this Yin/Yang balance that is so nice, elegant and classic.
